Weapon swap set changing without changing the weapons equipped through zone transitions

When you are in your 2nd weapon set, and you go through a zone transition, your weapon set is changed to be weapon set 1 with your weapons from weapon set 2 equipped. This causes the player to have to press their weapon swap button twice to get back to their actual weapons in weapon set 1.

Steps to recreate bug:
1. have weapons in both weapon sets
2. be in weapon set 2
3. go through any zone transition
