Invisible Buff + Steel Skin --- Not usable???

I purchased a second... (why do i need more than 1)
Invisible buff MTX to apply to Steel Skin and i find that its not usable with it. please fix this... also seriously why do I need to buy multiple of these to disable buff effects... Also please make it work with stuff like Rage which isnt a skill but a passive skill bonus.
