Trialmaster ascendancy didnt work

Emailed support who said to post here in hope maybe a dev looks at this.

Paid 5 div to get trialmaster killed for new ascendancy. Died first time, second time all good made it 10 rounds into boss room and boss killed. Paid my 5 div.

Only problem the new ascendancy is not showing on my board. Logged off and on no good.

Any ideas or help appreciated I sure hope I don’t have to “try” again.

Such a conditional BS task should just work first time

Did you interact with the Ascendancy Altar that would have appeared in the boss room?

No I didn’t know that was needed that explains it :(
