Memory Strand Quest Maps Will Not Spawn

1. I have completed the quest, my atlas has the sakura blossom flowers all over it.
2. I have all four points of 'increased rate of memory tears found in your maps' specced.
3. I have run over 120 maps.

Result: I have not seen a memory strand quest line in SO LONG.
This makes it impossible to find the incarnations of fear, neglect, and dread, and has significantly affected my ability to complete my Atlas.
I feel that I deserve compensation, please.

Reproducibility:
I played through the game, finished Eagon's quest line, I completed several memory tear maps...
Then I made a new character.
While playing the new character and completing its pantheon quest line, I accidentally (by mistake!) collected a memory tear. (tier 7. I am running tier 16s now)
I completed the memory tear on my main character (after finding out that you can't get new memory tears while you currently have one.)
Now memory tears will not spawn anymore.

over 300 maps so far with no memory strand, it is a bug if I could get some acknowledgement please

400 maps so far, no memory quest. i think this might be a bug guys. any acknowledgement please?

Same here... Doing real t16 maps and t16 with voidstone but Eagon not spawn.

Need do invitation... I ran like 200 maps. In youtube people talking about "Eagon memorys farm" come on...
