Whats Happening with POE server ? So many Threads but can´t find answers

Tod, or since some hours now i have again Heavy Connection Loss/ Reconnect issues. The German Server is nearly unplayable and i am using Netherland/Italy/Paris but i also get Many disconnects there. Its not my Connectin i Tried other Games and they workd how they should.

But how can i investigate whats wrong ?

Thats Running 2x Cmd with Ping /t for www.google.de and www.pathofexile.com
Often only 2 pings Unreachable which are not a problem i guess, but also 25x streaks with no ping to target possible

So every some seconds something is not right to with reach poe stuff, ... dont know if that indicates something why i also cant play but when i cant play often the website is also unreachabble ...

but it seems not an Gemany onlyp roblem, i thought its because they are building the phone net around me but when i see the forum is seems it is something else...
