Itemized beasts lost after server crash

all afternoon of beast hunting lost!!!
I was in the menagerie
(I'm copy pasting the content of another post with the same problem)
I was itemizing my beasts when the game went to the login screen with a message about disconnecting from the server. When I went back to my character, I didn't have the itemized beasts, and they weren't in the beastiary.
