Perfect Eldritch Eye, Perfect Fiery Cannibal and Perfect Frozen Cannibal granting low level auras

Heya

Compared to all the other spectres in the spectre arsenal these three seem to be granting far lower auras than intended. I have a setup with gem level 25 raise spectre and these three spectres grant a level 9 aura compared to some other corpse item spectres granting level 25 to 28 auras at the same gem level. While this might be intended it does not seem so comparing the effects.
