Not sure. Sounds like it is an unknown on the wiki with speculation from the player base. It suggests that there may be some players interested in testing quant from delirium on the Prohibited Library discord server. Sounds to me like it doesn't interact with all content types, since they think it doesn't work with strongboxes.

Why wouldnt it?
-Scarabs that add mobs to blight waves increase loot -Scarabs that juice blight mobs increase loot -Map mods that affect mob drops increase loot Why wouldnt deli increase loot? (We are talking about the loot explosion, not the blight chest) “Freedom is what we do with what is done to us.”
