Cant play anymore

Yo.
I linked my PoE2 Account to Steam. Preordered in Jan. 2025 and played ~100h. Now i tryed to play again over steam (Account still linked) but i cant play anymore. Same over PoE launcher.. I'm on the same boat. Support did not help at all as I pucharsed a key outside their website.
