kalandra's touch is coded to duplicate your other ring stats so your other ring x2 , implicits wont work on it cuz your reflected ring can have implicits too. so if you have % int on the other ring , it will be x2 , but having it on kalandra's touch wont do anything. its not a bug.

Kalandra’s Touch duplicating the other ring is fine, that’s not the problem. The issue is that a corrupted implicit on Kalandra’s Touch itself doesn’t work at all, which makes no sense. The ring only copies the explicit mods from the other ring, it doesn’t replace its own implicits. So any corrupted implicit on it should still count, just like any other item in the game.

If the implicit doesn’t apply, that means something is turning it off when it shouldn’t, so yeah that’s basically a bug.

Not to mention it’s extremely hard to even get a Kalandra with implicit on it.

That said, I think there are some implicits that do work.. I believe some that grant skills, but not all of them? But it has been bug reported quite a lot since people found out ways to get corrupted ones and/or overpaid for one with implicits only to be let down and most likely try to pawn it off on the next person. No change still.
