Poor Customer Service with current league packs on PS5

On October 25th, I had purchased the Supreme Verdant and Eternal Champion supporter packs, which was prior to league launch. Now, since it was prior to league launch, and I'm a PS5 player, I had to purchase the packs through the PlayStation store as the packs were not yet into the game. Additionally, as a console user, you can't purchase the packs through the website. After 36 hours of not receiving the MTX's, nor the points that came with the packs, I wrote customer support with the issue. They responded immediately, which was amazing, and they've always responded quite promptly whenever I've had issues. They tried a few things on their end, and recommended I try a few things on my end. Nothing worked over the course of the 24 hours. I have reached out multiple times since asking for updates and I haven't heard back since November 7th.

I've missed stash tab sales, along with a few MTX's I would've liked to have gotten. Mainly, though, I wanted to purchase some of the premium tabs to have multiple merchant tabs since GGG used those horrible tabs, vice quad tabs, to have us shell out some more money. Needless to say, still zero response, zero MTX's, and zero points.
