T17 Catarina Immortal Bug

Hey can you guys look into Catarina being immortal in T17? It's been happening about 1 in 30 maps.

After clearing the second champion (and sometimes the third) Catarina will come down, and she no long has a health bar. The fight becomes impossible to progress. I've tried logging out, switching severs, nothing seems to work.

Also during one of the fights, I killed her second champion, she called down the kulemak degen aoe, then the champion resurrected himself and then when I killed him again, the above mentioned bug took place.
