Bug with archdemon crowns + awakened gems that give +1 level.

Found an apparent bug with the combination listed in the title.

So i have a chaos skill (hexblast of havoc) socketed into an archdemon crown, along with a corrupted level 6 awakened void manipulation. As archdemon crowns lower the level of socketed supports by 2, the awakened void manipulation drops to level 4, as expected, which means i don't get the "+1 to level of supported chaos skills" that it grants at level 5 or higher. In an effort to counter this, i allocated a runegraft of gemcraft, which raises the level of all non-exceptional supports by 1. This should have returned my awakened void manipulation to level 5 so that i can access that +1 level to supported chaos gems.

Unfortunately, that doesn't quite happen. While the awakened void manipulation does return to level 5, and the text line for +1 supported chaos gems returns, the actual effect does not. My hexblast of havoc stays at the same level, although it appears the higher "% more chaos damage" modifier from the extra level does apply.
