Aura Mastery not always working for Banners

The 10% inc Aura effect for Auras on your own Character has no effect for Auras from Banners. Below are the images with the Node Allocated and without (See Accuracy change for Precision). Not sure if it is supposed to work or not but in Path of Building it works. This is for Dread Banner
