T4 Harvest beast getting stuck

T4 harvest beast get stuck not changing phases. I've been farming them for about a day and it feels like about half the time they get stuck at 66% and don't move to the summoning phase for several minutes. Seems to happen more with the Yellow and Red beast.

It reminds me of the Izaro issue where he'll keep attacking after getting phased but I'm not sure if it's related.

Its been in the known issue section for years.

The izaro thing is not a bug though. If you phase him when something is riding their little elevator up he will continue to attack until that animation is finished.
