GEForce Now - Performance Tier Settings

Anyone using the GEForce Now Performance Tier? Mine is running like dogshit and I'm on a low ping Giga internet connection. Any recommendations for graphic settings from anyone who has it working properly?

It used to run decent, but lately it's quite bad. Not sure if I screwed something up in the settings (I've got everything set to low that can be) or if it's nvidia, or if it's a recent patch to PoE.
