Performance Problems (too long loading times)

Hello Grinding Gear Games,

I love Path of Exile, but my experience on my system is not enjoyable. I am experiencing massive performance issues with loading times. Even though my system meets the Steam requirements, the game does not run smoothly. I have tried all the renderers, and each performs differently.

The game starts up quickly, but when I enter, for example, Lioneye's Watch:
- With DX12, the loading time was 4:54, and the game ran almost smoothly at 30–60 FPS.
- With DX11, the loading time was 3:32, but the performance was very laggy with stuttering audio and video. Dynamic resolution switched between good and poor quality, even on the loading screen.
- With Vulkan, the loading time was 12:52, which is far too long. The visuals were mostly smooth, but there was some audio stuttering.

I believe the main cause is the cosmetics and effects of other players in towns. Therefore, I would greatly appreciate an option to hide other players, or at least their cosmetics and effects.

For reference, here are my system specifications:
- CPU: AMD A10-7870K
- GPU: NVIDIA RTX 2060
- RAM: 16 GB DDR3
- SSD: SATA
- VSync and triple buffering were disabled
