Crashing again and again

My game keeps crashing.

It freezes at some point and stops responding. I have to force it to shutdown through task manager and as I click end task, my whole screen freezes and I have to unplug/plug again my hdmi cable for it to unfreeze and keep running normally.
It has happened using any skill : poisonous concoction, BB of unloading, pb of dissipation, earthshatter.
It often happens during breach encounters. Even more in fortresses. I've attempted 10ish and only cleared 1. The others crashed my game.
But it has also happend to me just as I entered a map.
It seems to happen when I use a skill, but I'm not 100% sure of that.
It had never happened to me prior to this league. And I don't have similar issues on other games I play.


CPU : AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
GPU : AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT
RAM : 16G
Windows 10

Steam client
Same happens using dx11 dx12 and vulkan.
Triple buffering disabled
Default settings.
Files verified. Switching from hdd to ssd didnt change anything either.
Updated drivers

Having same issues. This is new as of this league and it's to the point where it's impossible to play anymore.. almost always with breach mechanics causing server side packets to stop sending.
