This might be an ES bug !!!

1. I have 2.7k ES (and 7.7k life)
2. I use Blood Rage (dmg per 1 sec) 3. ES regen starts 2 sec after taking damage by default 4. I equip 203% Faster Start of ES Recharge 5. NO RESULT - still doesnt overcome the dmg per 1 second, even if the recharge starts 0.03 seconds before taking damage. Is this intended ? Cause by math it should work....but it doesnt. Or i might not made the math corectly ? Doesn't 200% faster recharge rate means instant ? So 100% faster is 1sec after taking damage, and 200% is 0s ? Can someone pls clarify this ? If I run 1 km in 2 seconds, and you run three times faster than me, does that mean you'll run 1 km in 0 seconds according to real life math?

example doesnt fit....but i would run 2+ km than u, meaning 3 in total in 2 sec.
