Change "Lightning Spear" To Tire1 Skill

I don't know if GGG had noticed this: if players want to play a Huntress, they always create a Ranger first, then give its Bow + Quiver to next created Huntress.

Why? Because Bow is more usefull that Spear during compaign.

I suggest GGG to change "Lightning Spear" to Tire1 skill so players can use Spear as weapon durning compaign.
Don't forget "Storm Lance" too.
