Removing "Eldritch Battery" does not update the UI, no graying out of spells

I disabled EB by removing the passive for doing some tests, expecting that I now don't have enough mana to cast certain spells.

Normally, those spells are grayed out in the action bar (QWERT) then, since they can't be cast. But they are not. They cannot be cast but they are not grayed out.

After logging that character out and back in again, it is shown grayed out, as expected.
