Lost Spectres Permanently Due To Minion Instability

While this was accidental, I found out that if a spectre dies in your hideout due to Infernal Legion triggering Minion Instability, there is no spectral orb that forms and you lose your spectre permanently.

Due to this discovery and my assuming that the orb would happen, I lost:
-1 Perfect Judgemental Spirit
-1 Perfect Pain Artist
-1 Perfect Dark Marionette

While I agree that the Infernal Legion should not have been linked, which resulted in their deaths, the orb change did not happen.
