Blight unable to be completed due to portal spawn location

I have had this happen several times this league, which is more than normal. One of the blight portals spawns inside a wall or another league mechanic and the mobs are unable to move and are invulnerable.

This causes the blight to be unable to finish.

I understand that this is going to happen sometimes due to the way it spawns portals but is it possible to get a way to end the blight manually. That way we can at least collect the loot for the lanes we were able to complete.

It is very frustrating to just have to leave the encounter unfinished especially when we are using scarabs/atlas tree to improve the blight mechanic.

Its hard to tell in the screenshot but the portal spawned inside an ore deposit from the Settler's league mechanic.
