Uber Incarnation of Dread AFK / roses not breaking invulnerability

Just completed twenty uber Incarnation of Dread fights and had two issues.

First, in every fight after Dread becomes invulnerable and meteors back to center of the arena, he stood still and did nothing for 10-15 seconds before summoning neglect/fear. I did notice he would summon them immediately following maven casting an ability, so perhaps he is waiting on her. If this isn't a bug, it's very time-consuming.

Second, quite a bit more inconsistently, bringing both roses to dread will result in nothing happening and needing to wait for roses to respawn. I had this issue in 3.26 with regular dread as well. I did notice this happen when collecting both red and blue roses together before bringing them to him, but I also believe it to have happened when bringing them individually.
