Foulborn Mjolner Not Triggered Twice by Perfect Crime Saboteur

Just like the title, I noticed it just trigger one time at all seems like old bug with Choir of the Storm amulet.

Last time I looked into it, it did seem like Choir of the Storm was triggering twice with triggerbots, but it was hard to tell because both Lightning Bolts hit the same enemy at the same time.

Does it just not feel like it's triggering twice, or is there a graphical difference you can point to?
