Rapid Shot overheat lockout is bad. There is a better way to do an overheat mechanic.

The overheat mechanic isn't a bad concept, the way it is incorporated is. Being unable to use the skill at all just feels terrible.
I recommend changing Rapid shot to instead have less accuracy rating based on heat levels. This way the player can still use the skill at maximum heat, but it will just be very inaccurate which still fits the overheat concept. Last bumped on Nov 27, 2025, 9:08:57 PM

Aren't you supposed to spend heat with another skill before reaching the max so that you don't get locked out of this synergy with the cooldown? I believe they wanted you to pay attention to your heat stacks. Whether or not this is fun is one thing, but the gameplay loop works fine.
