Terrible Lag Spikes on Brazilian SP Servers

I have checked multiple times with my IPS, these lag spikes have been happening consistently and ONLY on the SP servers.

Yesterday (27) out of nowhere I started getting unstable ping on São Paulo gateway too.
To be precise I have been having latency problems since release, until it randomly stopped (coincided with GGG's last patch), then it... randomly popped back out of nowhere.
Really hard to say if the problem is on my connection or GGG is cheaping out on servers this league, since league launch I've had two different problems now and both got fixed with GGG's patches...
