Chance to Bleed Support shows up in UI as available support for Frostblink

Chance to Poison Support actually works. Chance to Bleed Support shows up as being a valid choice to support the skill gem. When you add it to the item you get the letter shown on your quickbar to indicate another support gem was added. However there is no lines added to the tooltip about Bleeding because it's not really supported, is it?
