17 Mil Shipment lost because of a crash

So my ship was taken over by pirates this morning. 17 mil in value, thats days of work, disenchanting high value items and putting gold to keep the farmers farming. Actual DAYS of work and efforts.

I get into the fight and the guy ironically says "You should have paid the...." before my game crashes. So I panic, get logged back in, go to the dock and is there a portal. Is there a way back into that fight? No, there is nothing. Days of my efforts and time are gone.

Sure, crashes haven't been solved, sure its blamed on nvidia. Thats not the issue. The issue is, you get one time to save this ship. One portal, one chance, to save literal DAYS of your efforts and time. GGG, our time and efforts are worth more than 1 portal. All I am saying, especially in the case that something like this happens. Maybe there is a way to make the game register that the player has died or has not died, and keep the portal open, or close it. Something. But days of our work GONE, because 1 portal.

You won't get a response from GGG, as they don't care about your crash and losses, just like they don't care about all of us with massive latency issues, or those with shader issues, etc. But they do care about taking your money to develop the only game they care about now, PoE 2.
