Can't find MTX armour/hat

Noticed very cool looking hat/armour on an image of Thunderstruck Cloak (not interested in cloak, trying to find what hat is this), didn't find anything like this in the shop, emailed support they doesn't know what is this mtx either (they recommend me to check Witch Hunter Armour Pack but it's not it). It's probably from past support pack or something, but does anyone know what hat/armour is this and is it possible to buy it?
