Forbidden jewels (deadeye) on ascendant do not work

Ascendant with forbidden jewels allocating deadeye, doesn't generate frenzy charges on moving.

I think it's the cosmetics, when I'm using voidborn body armour which made me fly, it didn't work, but when I switched to other armours that didn't make me fly, it worked again.
