I have finished the sceptre of gods in act 3, but dont have teleport or boss in the Solaris temple II.

" There is no boss in Solaris Temple II in act 3. That area is the final area you visit before backtracking to the Sewers to head to the Lunaris Concourse. As seaman pointed out, it looks like you have to defeat Dominus again. If you can't enter the Sceptre of God, you may need to defeat Piety in Lunaris Temple II to get the Tower Key again. |
