I’m not trying to be dramatic or attack anyone, but I want you to understand what this feels like as a player who loves experimenting with builds.
I had four days off and wanted to push a Blood Mage Arc Warp build. Normally I can craft something workable — a +1 or +2 early-game weapon to get the momentum going. But this season? Every single craft is ruined by reduced requirements, on-kill mana, and on-kill health. You often get multiple of these on a single item. Even worse, reduced attribute requirements don’t actually help because you still can’t meet the level requirements early when you need to map. The result is devastating: nothing you craft is usable for the time you actually need it. Even when you find a rare +level item, the well strips it off instantly. The consequences: • Bosses feel like damage sponges • Builds can’t get off the ground • “Experimenting” isn’t experimenting anymore • Early leveling feels like punishment instead of progression I’m not asking for free power. I’m asking for the same basic ability to craft functional leveling gear that every other season had. This is actually painful as a player. It kills the excitement. It makes build ideas die before they start. Please, please fix this early-game crafting problem. I love this game, but right now it genuinely hurts to play. Last bumped on Nov 27, 2025, 8:00:36 PM

Like buying dogshit trash T3 % physical, and slamming T3 flat physical essence? This is 2 exalt weapon that is already decent base damage. Another desecrated prefix and picking anything that is damage related? Fill mods for 3 more exalt. Essence onslaught, essence +skill level. Done. And this is super basic. |

" Hi there, You can get a +6 to skill mod with perfect essence. This can be done deterministically. You can get a add XX to XX damage mod with greater essence. This can also be done deterministically. You can get a desecrated mod and you get to choose prefix or suffix if you also bother to use the appropriate omen. This can also be done deterministically. For the %increase damage mod, you will probably need to buy from trade or get from drop or craft it yourself. For the remaining two mods, you have to exalt slam them and what happens will depend on rng. Out of 6 mods, you can get 3 mods deterministically. If you think about it, this is pretty much a good deal that you will get for this league's mechanics. I have no idea what's wrong with you and what you are complaining about. But if you are thinking of deterministically crafting all 6 mods, then sorry to say this, there is no such thing in this game. 34pre98qua

These affixes exist for a reason. Reduced requirements can be useful if you want to use a weapon like crossbow while your main stat is int and you use spells predominantly for example. Hybrid playstyles exist but the majority don't play off-meta. That's how loot games work. There is stuff that will be useless to you and that stuff will be useful for others.
