6 level 5 map runners were abducted, I clicked on the portal to enter the fight and immediately disconnected. When I logged back in I am now unable to re-enter the boss arena and all of my map runners will be killed. I did not start the encounter, nor did I move from the portal. I entered the arena, dc'd before anything else happened. I am livid. It cost me millions of gold to build a team of level 5 map runners that were all under 2k/hr and now they're all dead because of bad game design. Unacceptable. I have killed this boss over a dozen times and he never even damages me. Take this stupid shit out of the game. It gives no rewards, and it risks you losing a massive investment with no redundancy.

I am not going to abandon the runners. I expect this to be fixed. The investment is too high.

Unfortunately that will just be what you'll end up doing.
The game doesn't take distinction between you abandoning the rescue midfight or just crashing during it, or disconnecting during transition. Based on how you've worded it, it looks like you've clicked on portal, your character did make the transition on their server, and then you poofed. It sucks, but you're 100% not going to get a "refund" or a fix for this, sorry |

That's unacceptable. I've put 10 years and over thousand dollars into this game and I expect a better answer than that.

Besides that, there is also no way to verify wether you disconnected deliberately or via other hiccups, and GGG is pretty clear on "refunding" players anything that has virtually (in this case gold and your time) no value Sorry mate, that's all, truelly |
