Numbered Skills No Longer Activating Using My Mouse's Number Pad

Hello, everyone. I am having an issue to where all of my skills and flasks assigned to a number are no longer activating when I press the associated number on the side of my mouse. I was just playing campaign like normal and this huge bug just came out of nowhere. Going back to login screen didn't fix it, restarted the entire game didn't fix it, and I cannot find any others with this same issue when trying to solve the problem myself.

What I can do is manually click the skills/potions to activate them, which results in me usually dying before I can mouse over and click my hp potion. I can also use the numbers on my keyboard to still activate my skills and potions, but this is far from ideal. I would appreciate any and all help that can be provided.

Side note: anytime I have had an "issue" with my mouse, I unplug it and plug it back in and it works like a charm, not this time.

Solved! Issue was with my mouse. I had to remove the side of my mouse that holds the numbers and put it back on. Using Razer Naga Trinity mouse.
