Stuck - Unable to Move - T16.5 Dunes Maps

This is nothing new, but seems to be getting worse.

Last night in a Dunes 16.5 I got stuck not 1, not 2, not 3, but 4 times.

Twice was while doing the breach defense encounter, once while just running around, once while building blight towers.

Each time the only resolution was to pause/exit to character select (or die.. but im still trying to hit 100)

I almost 6 portal bricked a map... from the same bug repeatedly...
