Since league start there have been 0 Haunting Memories in Foil (https://www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/Keepers/4mD7ernZU9).
While there have been multiple Festering Resentment (https://www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/Keepers/rP2vBmyEfQ).

I think the Lonely Reliquary Key currently can not drop Haunting Memories (https://www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/Keepers/kykVpEzrT5)
