No interaction between Coward's Legacy and Hardening Uulgraft

The passive skill from the Graft which is Tender Embrace, does not give any buff to my character which is I though it was a bug. It should give me endurance and regen when I wear the belt. I hope GGG will fix this ASAP. Ty.
