Wrong drops in Uber Neglect

I completed Uber Neglect, and a Traumatic Reliquary Key dropped. This doesn’t seem very reasonable, because Uber Neglect is accessed through the Lonely Fragment, so it should drop a Lonely Reliquary Key, right?
