Did GGG stealth fix the intermittent infinite loading screen bug?

Played the last 2 days without an actual long loading screen where I felt compelled to Alt + F4 and just restart POE, or pull up YouTube for the wait.(1)

I was unable to find a note in the last Patch (d). (2)

Still, shader bar green for an eternity (CPU limited scenarios), see other users as well. (3)

there is no way to tell, because they were silent about this fk up whole time.
