constant ping spikes for about two weeks now

trying to narrow this down as i have no idea about network stuff, i have had a tech from my isp come and have another one coming tomorrow, first one said try a new router, new modem, upgrade plan and get a m.2 hardrive. all of which i have done, so im about 400$ in the hole now with no improvement.

most of the attached images are in hideout not even moving. just trying to get a general idea of what could be wrong so i can relay the info to the tech tomorrow. not blaming GGG im like 99% sure this is a isp issue as spectrum is well known for being terrible.
any ideas you could bounce off me would be appreciated, thanks.

not sure im doing it right, the page where you linked me says "in the host field enter REPLACEME"
i did some googling and i think it says open client.txt ctrl f connecting to, which i did and i found 67.87.52.63 so i hit start on that, but the "nr" number only goes to 14 instead of 500 like in the link.

From what I can tell, the IP address 67.87.52.63 doesn't appear to belong to any of GGG's service providers. If you upload the game's log file and give me a link to it, I could tell you which address to use. Anywhere's fine. Pastebin is good as it's free & doesn't require an account.

ah yeah im bad at following directions, https://pastebin.com/LZEN2Whz so here is this, the MASSIVE spikes today were started around 7:00pm est time, to around 11:00pm est. i believe i have found 64.87.52.61 which was around 9pm est (i have screenshots of when the lag was going on to send to my networking friend which is why i know the times lol)

the issue with this is it pretty much only lags like this during the daytime, so i would have wait till tomorrow when it happens again in that window. usually 12pm est to around 12am est, currently im in game not lagging at all.

edit, just noticed you can actually see the ping on joining dunes maps, and you can see it gradually start going up a ton like at the line of 2025/11/25 22:52:58 and going down the next few entries
