Bought the game, activated on the official website, and received the steam key and activated on my steam account, after downloading it and ran it, when i try to log in it says : "Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early access. Redeem an Early Access key on our website or purchase access now.

The Steam key allows you to download the client, nothing more. It says as much directly under the Steam Client Key.
You still have to log in with an account that has the Early Access. Your Steam account isn't linked with your forum account (where you purchased the Early Access), so your Steam account doesn't have access. If you have characters or purchases on your Steam Account in PoE1, contact Support via e-mail with the details of your Steam Account and the account you purchased PoE2 Early Access for, and ask for their help with your situation. They might be able to move the purchase over to the correct account.
