My poison build breaks the game

The game runs fine for 20-30 monster kills if I restart the game in the middle of the map. Eventually the whole thing freezes up, lags out and my character starts rubber banding through space and time.

The game has always been laggy with delirium but never this bad.

I assume it's a combination of my build being poison, my computer not being good enough to run the game anymore (it has been fine for years) and the game being more buggy this league.

EDITS:

- I turned off all the programs I was running on my PC .... and PoE runs better.

-I'm using awakened spell cascade and AoE scaling to overlap 5 reaps.
