Kingsmarch Shipment Portal Bugged

I open the portal, my friend try to enter, he cant, i try to click the portal, before i click it, its gone, neither of us enter the boss arena, now my shipment cant be safed, and tujen doesnt offer portal option again. Can I at least get the chance to rescue it?
