Eagon doesn't open the T16.5 maps.

Não consigo abrir mapas do Eagon (npc) após ter falado com NPC Zanna. Tento abrir o mapa, aparece a seguinte mensagem "The operation could not be completed."

I tried opening it with other influences (maven, searing/eater), other map device options and also without them, with and without scarabs... I switched characters, I tried with 3 different ones. Nothing works, I spoke all the NPC's lines, I tried talking to Zana again (but it doesn't work), talking to other NPCs. Nothing worked and when I try to open Eagon's map, the message repeats itself: "The operation could not be completed."

Did opening it from the regular map device not work? I know when he get a thread it automatically shows up with him, but I thought with the map item memory influenced maps, they just load up through the regular map device?

Is it just this one particular map? Have you been running these maps with him previously. Are the maps on your Keepers character, or standard league?
