POE IP or port range for specific WAN

I'm having trouble finding concrete answer on google so here I am.

I've got 2 WAN on my router(Unifi Dream Machine pro), WAN1 is used for general internet stuff with unlimited data usage but POE ping spikes to 2000ms+ everyday around 6pm for 10-15mins. So I want to specify WAN2 which comes with limited data usage as failover and POE only.

In Unifi console, there is an option called "Policy-Based Routes", where you can route specific traffic to specific WAN port.

In settings, you there are options shown in below screenshot. I've tried "Domain" and "pathofexile.com" routed to WAN2 > logged in the game > logged out > disabled WAN2 > logged in the game again, but NO prompt to "entre password because you're at a new location(IP changed)" which tells me the policy is not working.

So is it possible to specify a specific IP range and/or ports?
