Some unique quivers bypass 3.21.0 bug fix for corrupt implicits lowering required level

Voidfletcher

lower ilvl quivers are likely sourced from div cards, so you can't say just because lower ilvl ones exist that a bug is at fault, especially when the ilvls seen will be common character levels used when targetting certain corruptions on uniques(removes a bunch of unwanted ones)


and I can't find a single mention in any of 3.21s patch notes regarding decoupling level requirements from the implicit of bases(mostly jewelry/quivers)

Whoops, I forgot that unique div cards ignore drop level. The other part with required level is still a bug, though.

This was not an official patch note. However, I am familiar with this undocumented change as I have been tracking it on the wiki page for Rigwald's Crest, and it specifically occurred in 3.21.0.
