Tectonic Slam of Cataclysm or Tectonic Slam both bug

Fixed an issue where Tectonic Slam of Cataclysm sometimes scaled from Endurance Charges without removing them.

Now this skill removes Endurance, but didn't get a bonus from removing Endurance. That's dog shit.

But if you have a determination aura on, it will work. wtf
