Game Suddenly Crashing Upon Startup

My game suddenly crashes when character loading in or options in the start screen. I do not believe that I have changed anything since the last time I played. I tried verifying the cache. I tried reinstalling. I made a new character I still crashed. I deleted shaders and nothing worked. The furthest I've gotten is loading into my hideout from Karui Shores.
