FOULBORN THE GREEN NIGHTMARE and BRUTAL RESTRAINT

Hello,
Im trying to build my new bd,useing FOULBORN THE GREEN NIGHTMARE and BRUTAL RESTRAINT.
But there is a bug,passives covered by BRUTAL RESTRAINT,cold resistance can not grant cold damage converted to chaos damage.
Please help me !
